NAMI Family-to-Family

NAMI Family-to-Family is a FREE 8-week class for family members and friends supporting someone with a mental health condition. This class is taught by trained leaders who understand having a loved one with a mental illness and is designed to help people support their loved ones while maintaining their own wellbeing. The class is taught consecutive Wednesdays, April 2 through May 24, 2025.
