You are not alone! Navigating life with a mental health condition can be tough. The isolation, blame and secrecy that is often encouraged by stigma can create huge challenges to reaching out, getting needed support and living well.

NAMI Bozeman provides hope in a safe, confidential way through support, education and wisdom from others who have been in a similar situation.

NAMI provides advocacy, education, support and public awareness so that all individuals and families affected by mental illness can build better lives.

Offered in thousands of communities across the United States through NAMI State Organizations and NAMI Affiliates, our education programs ensure hundreds of thousands of families, individuals and educators get the support and information they need.

Our Programs

NAMI Peer-to-Peer, NAMI Connection, NAMI Family-to-Family, NAMI Family Support Group, NAMI Basics & NAMI In Our Own Voice
NAMI offers a variety of peer-led education courses free of charge to participants. Each is designed to meet the needs of its target audience. Classes emphasize the importance of hope and community and provide insights into challenges related to mental illness.

NAMI Peer-to-Peer

A FREE 8-week class for adults living with mental health conditions. This class is taught by trained Peer Mentors living in recovery and provides a setting focused on mental health wellness and recovery that offers understanding, encouragement, and hope. This class is taught twice a year, Spring and Fall. See Calendar or Programs tab for more information on date and time of classes

NAMI Connection

A FREE confidential recovery support group program that offers respect, understanding, encouragement and hope that are led by trained facilitators living in recovery. This Class is held twice a month, except holidays. See Calendar or Programs tab for more information on date and time.

NAMI Family-to Family

A FREE 8-week class for family members and friends supporting someone with a mental health condition. This class is taught by trained leaders w ho understand having a loved one with a mental illness and is designed to help people support their loved ones while maintaining their own wellbeing. This class is taught twice a year, Spring and Fall. See Calendar or Programs tab for more information on date and time of classes.

NAMI Family Support Group

A FREE confidential peer-led support group for any adult with a loved one who has experienced symptoms of a mental health condition. Gain insight from the challenges and success of others facing similar experiences. This class is held once a month, except holidays. See Calendar or Programs tab for more information on date and time.
