NAMI Peer-to-Peer is a free, eight-session educational program for adults with mental health conditions who are looking to better understand themselves and their recovery. Class meets every Saturday from April 5 – May 24, 2025 from 10 am – noon.
This class is taught by trained Peer Mentors with lived experience and living in recovery. The program includes activities, discussions and informative videos and provides a confidential setting focused on mental health wellness and recovery that offers understanding, encouragement, and hope. However, as with all NAMI programs, it does not include recommendations for treatment approaches.
