NAMI Family & Friends is a Free 4-hour seminar held Tuesday, May 14, 2024 from 3:30-7:30 pm.
Participants learn about diagnoses, treatment, recovery, self-care, communication strategies, crisis preparation and NAMI resources.
You will gain an understanding of what your loved one is going through and how to interact effectively with someone who is living with a mental health condition. Refreshments will be provided.
