DESCRIPTION:NAMI Family-to-Family is a FREE 8-week class for family members and friends supporting someone with a mental health condition. This class is taught by trained leaders who understand having a loved one with a mental illness and is designed to help people support their loved ones while maintaining their own wellbeing. The class is taught Thursdays\, September 7 – October 26th\, 2023 from 6:00 – 8:30 pm. Please call or text 406-763-6270  or email “namibozeman.mt@gmail.com” to register for this class.
