SUMMARY:NAMI Peer-to-Peer Class
DESCRIPTION:NAMI Peer-to-Peer is a free\, eight-session educational program for adults with mental health conditions who are looking to better understand themselves and their recovery. Class meets every Wednesday from 6:00-8:00 pm September 10 through October 29\, 2025. \nThis class is taught by trained Peer Mentors with lived experience and living in recovery. The program includes activities\, discussions and informative videos and provides a confidential setting focused on mental health wellness and recovery that offers understanding\, encouragement\, and hope.
