DESCRIPTION:NAMI Peer-to-Peer is a free\, eight-session educational program for adults with mental health conditions who are looking to better understand themselves and their recovery. Class meets every Saturday from October  5 through November 23\, 2024 from 10 am – noon. \nThis class is taught by trained Peer Mentors with lived experience and living in recovery. The program includes activities\, discussions and informative videos and provides a confidential setting focused on mental health wellness and recovery that offers understanding\, encouragement\, and hope.
